for CM Professional Services


 

Poyen Public Schools is soliciting sealed statements of qualifications from qualified Construction Managers for the planning, design, bidding, and construction administration of various projects districtwide.  

 

Please send all sealed responses to the following:

All responses should include the following criteria and must be received no later than  9:00 AM, May 10, 2024.

  5. Systems Analysis

  6. Scheduling

  7. Constructability Reviews

  8. Bid Package Development

  9. Design Support

  10. Critical Path Method Schedules

  11. Cost Control and Cost Forecasting

  12. Contractor Coordination

  13. Change Order Management

  14. Subcontractor and Supplier Procurement/ Interest

  15. Feasibility

  16. Budgeting

  17. Cost analysis

  18. Value Engineering.

Construction Services:

  1. Safety (EMR Rate)

  2. Subcontracting

  3. Management Strategies

  4. Construction Administration

  5. Change Order Management

  6. Punch-list Closeout and Warranty Programs

  7. Schedule

  8. Close Out

  9. Warranty
